My name is Andreah Booker, and I am 17 years old. I was born on an Army base in Fort Carson, Colorado. I’ve been riding since I was 5 years old. My grandparents were cattle ranchers in Wendell, Idaho—that’s where it all began. Both of my parents rodeoed, and I’ve always loved following in their footsteps down the trail.

My stepdad, Gabe, is a saddle bronc rider, and my mom barrel races—at least when they’re not working. Gabe serves in the Oregon National Guard, and my mom works for United Airlines.

I plan to join the United States Navy when I turn 18 in the fall of 2025 and hope to find a role that allows me to work with animals. I’m incredibly grateful for the support of my family and siblings—they’ve always encouraged me to chase my goals.

I’m so excited to represent Nyssa Nite on the trail! In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, riding my horses, attending horse shows, and barrel racing. I also plan to focus my attention on supporting the Nyssa Police Department by helping raise funds for fallen or injured officers in need of medical leave.

This cause is very close to my heart. I lost my father to a drunk driver in 2020. While my experience is different, I deeply sympathize with and understand the grief that Nyssa has endured. I want to bring awareness and support to our law enforcement and be a positive example for young people who dream of becoming rodeo queens.

Nyssa Nite was one of the very first rodeos I attended after my parents left active duty and we returned to Idaho. I’ll never forget the support, the hometown feeling, and how much fun it was.

I can’t express how honored and thrilled I am to represent this rodeo and community as we kick off the 2024–2025 rodeo season!
